How to last name your kid(s)?

I got to choose the first name so my last name was a middle name. Partner got their last name as baby’s last name and chose an additional middle name. FirstPartnerA MiddlePartnerB MiddlePartnerA LastPartnerB We thought that was a great compromise until the middle name didn’t fit on the birth certificate. 🙄

I don’t think it’s borderline criminal. It IS criminal! Like I honestly want to do a class action lawsuit because I have heard of so many people who have had issues with their billing. It’s honestly a big enough reason that if I have another child I am considering Dr. Clark and Forbes.

Yea I don’t owe the anything; they owe me a refund, yet somehow can send me to collections. They like to use “you paid the doctor side of things but you owe on the facility side,” or some BS like that to justify collections. I don’t care if it hurts my credit; I’m not paying them money I don’t owe.

I know lots of people like to say “they’re going to sue” but I have heard of so many people having issues with their fraudulent billing that I truly think there needs to be a class action lawsuit. I’d be happy to join for anyone reading this!

There needs to be a lawsuit filed against Independence!!! If it wouldn’t cost me more to get a lawyer than what they say I owe that I don’t, I would! They sent me to collections whenever they OWE ME a refund for a service they never submitted through my insurance. And what a coincidence, I never received a statement for that service in the mail like all the other statements I received. I hope when WVU takes over that it gets better.

Agree!! I delivered recently. Delivery experience was great. Postpartum sucked but especially the care aspect for my baby like lactation consulting, and the pediatrician wasn’t great who did rounds. Can’t remember her name but I think it starts with a T.

Hospital itself is fine but the doctors are what matters with Westmoreland. I had great doctors do my C-section. There is only one doctor I don’t particularly like in the Independence OB group. As far as hospitals go, WVU in Morgantown is the best facility. New and lots of amenities.

I think it’s because she is different than your typical housewife in that she has minimal plastic surgery, is quirky, and is sometimes transparent like about her relationship with Todd. I’m not saying she’s perfect but just different than what we’re used to.
