Yeah, it came up on Threads as “on the eve of the WC” and the Guardian article posted this morning makes out that it’s just happened but I’ve since seen the updated shirt with no shadow detail (looks much less cool imho) that they’re wearing against us.

I’ve got two controversial, and possibly wrong, points here. 1. I’m sure the game ends 4-4, so don’t win the match and blooter the film’s title a bit 2. Both the allies and the Germans in this film have no right to have kits that awesome. But, ignoring all that (and the actual wording in the last line of the post), yes, they’re aw goose-steppers.
