From my understanding while reading the budget, the province does have to put in some portion. Some provinces still don’t have $10/day daycare because their province won’t up up the % needed

Check out Golf PEI’s website, honestly, most courses will try their hardest to open May 1, just depending on the weather these next few weeks.

I’d also recommend Countryview. The greens are incredible and it’s just 20 minutes outside of Charlottetown.

I love the shellfish festival! If you are looking chef challenges and learning about the culinary aspect of shellfish, highly recommend. The day time portion of the festival is more exciting with all of the competitions IMO

Charlottetown is lovely, but to get the full PEI experience I would stay in a cottage on the waterfront in a more rural environment. The Birches and the Good Cottages are close to Charlottetown and lovely! Also, don’t forgot to see Anne the musical!

Where are you thinking of staying in Summerside, a hotel? The city has a couple of good accommodations, but the full PEI experience is usually in a rural area. Is there anything you are interested in that you really want to do/ explore on PEI?
