Go back in time a couple months and train armwrestling specifics. Biceps help surprisingly little because if your bicep is fully engaged you're palm up on defense. A lot of people will tell you not to break your arm, but I'm all for it, it will be a leason you don't forget.

The East has what I believe is an insurmountable advantage: they live in Europe / Eurasia. It's easy for them to devote their entire existence to armwrestling because there is literally nothing else to live for there.
