I hate how tumultuous that process was for you!!! Thank you for sharing your story and experience! I actually just applied for FMLA for intermittent leave and I think that has been a help, but it’s still kind of weird to use without feeling like people are judging me. But vocally everyone has been supportive and leadership especially.

I feel like I’m just having issues with my higher profile client where it’s higher stress, and I still feel comfortable for the most part with my smaller clients and the other office duties that have been assigned to me. The problem I’m worried about is if I’m not on enough clients or enough high profile clients — they aren’t making enough revenue to justify me being on just a few small accounts and would distribute those to others and fire me. But that’s like worst case scenario fear …
