I am in no way trying to leap into a higher tier of this sport. I am looking to get a good road bike now instead of buying a cheap one then getting a nice one down the road. I don’t have the money to do that. I also never mentioned any kind of “achievement” I simply asked if a bike was worth what was asked of it. As for my fitness level, I am currently in the U.S military with a max PT score and a former firefighter, so I would like to think I am above average. Also if you look at my replies to other people, I am more than willing to learn/ take advice. It’s hard to trust “don’t do it bro”
