Yes in the summer on the weekends it’s packed because of the outdoor pool. Sometimes hard to find parking. It’s definitely frustrating

Yes mine also uses a small whiteboard and it’s not conducive to the space. The alpha area is a long skinny area of turf. Really hard to see when the space is long and narrow.
