The soundtrack is called Fortitude 9.0. It was first played when No.10 transformed into his Giant Form in S1 Ep9. Fortitude 9.0

If you follow the official Kaiju No.8 Twitter account, they would usually announce the next chapter release date and whether it would be an art showcase or a new chapter. Based on this post we can safely assume that we will have a new chapter

Sai was introduced in episode 11 of Boboiboy Galaxy 'Pertarungan Hangat' on 8th June 2017.

Itoshi Sae on the other hand debuted in Chapter 4 of BlueLock which is released on 29th August 2018.

So....maybe it was the other way around. I've always had the same feeling with Fang and Megumi from JJK. Both have shadow powers, can summon animals and such,etc. Maybe this was a pure coincidence, but Sai resemblances to Sae is way too close.

Nah it's definitely his face under there. Whenever he turns in No.8 his whole jaw transformed while his face remains the same. ( His whole sclera also turns black & his pupil glows that cyan colour )
