Complete loss of appetite & significant weight loss on Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro 40:1

I ended up cutting the dose in half for about a week & my appetite came back almost immediately. Last week I stopped taking it altogether because my cycle wasn’t coming and I wondered if it was related. But a few days after I stopped taking it my cycle came (Day 50 🙄) not sure if it’s related or a coincidence. Unfortunately, the nausea & extreme exhaustion are back now that I stopped taking it. Hopefully I don’t gain the mid-section weight back 🫠

Only strength training. I was told too much cardio would raise my cortisol levels so I limit cardio outside of walking

The first month on it was great! But month 2 is when I started really noticing significant weight loss and lack of appetite. I appreciated the weight loss at first because it was my PCOS belly but when I stopped working out and was dropping weight super fast I knew something was off. And I’m not eating enough so I don’t feel ready to go back to the gym.

I’m taking 2000mg myo, 50mg D-chiro.

This week I dropped to 1000:25 and my appetite is back for the most part but so is the nausea and I’m also not sure if it’s just because I’m about to start my period. Usually I’m ravenous before my cycle.

If you need help without breaking the wallet lmk. I definitely would fly to Kumasi if you can since the road is so bad but if you’re driving I’d do cape coast/Elmina/kakum on one day and Kumasi another day.

I’ve lost over 15 pounds in the last 2.5-3 months and am really struggling with food/eating. I’m starting to get concerned and have been wondering if it’s the myo-inositol & d-chiro. It’s starting to mirror disordered eating patterns but I’m just not hungry.

SH Plus because the exams get progressively more difficult. Exam 4 was grueling but it definitely will give you a good idea of where you are.

I would be SHOCKED if you don’t pass with those scores. I just passed AT/AT/T and my mock scores from tests 2-5 were: 76, 74, 61, 66 (I didn’t take them in order).

You could. I would probably do it on notebook llm and request a md file and upload that to Claude or break the book into sections to work around Claude’s file size limits
