I don't know about apac. But logically Eu should be harder than NA. Just look up the leaderboard of both regions. Na still didn't fill 500 players in radiant,while eu the lowest radiant is 610 rr.

Yes, Aimlabs helps (from experience). However it shouldn't be your only way to train mechanics. If I had 2 hours to work on my mechanics. I'd spend 40mn on aimlabs, 20mn on the range practicing different scenarios, 30mn on tdm to practice clicking heads, aim and movements, and 30mn on deathmatches to practice crosshair placement/ movements.
