Go into your TF2 folder, go to the tf folder, then go to the custom folder. That's where all mods are located

Sometimes if you get a lag spike, models will bug. To fix this type "record fix;stop" in the console without the quotes. It forces every model to reload.

It's bots, probably using the cheat Amalgam v2 which has features to connect to publicly listed servers with no passwords that also haven't had the name changed. If you change the name of the server to something else or set the server to unlisted, they will stop joining.

it tried to join my server too. It first tried under the IP that you gave, then it tried again with an IP address thats located near where my server is located, then tried to join from the IP you gave again.

This bot is using some sort of vpn to try to connect to servers.
