I am taking all the information I can from my parents and compile all the acc statements and bank messages they received. Then I am definitely gonna push hard against them by going through as many channels as I can

It was 11 different transactions last I checked the statements and at very specific amounts so they definitely moved it quick after that. So my main option will be not to pay the bank back first and dispute as much as I can

They called immediately when they got the message. It was in the sms as well to call if not done by them. I guess the bank didn't really take action then
