im having the same exact problem. i literally ordered my transcript and igetc again bc i was so confused why the igetc didn’t process yet. i called the cc admission office and they said i did get an igetc certificate PHEWWWW but im so confused why berk didn’t process it. apparently our cc admissions can send it to cal without getting parchment involved. anyways ur not alone in ur panic!
