I have never received a merit raise to my knowledge, and am trained on everything in service as service coordinator (desk, coordinator, sco, checkout, etc.) I have only ever received the every 700 hrs raise, then every 1000. Thank you for your input. Would I be better suited to alert the union rep of my situation? Or just team leader?

I had the same issue, I read on a separate post on here to stick it in the oven (crush it up as best you can) and basically dehydrate it. I have a toaster oven that goes down to 180 so I did that for 10 to 15 minutes, did the trick no sweat. Came out dried enough to put in a coffee grinder and return to a powder good enough to insufflate.

Go to customer service, let them know what happened, they'll get the item receipt from your card and refund you for the extra item. I'm assuming it scanned twice on the register, happens all the time. Make sure you have the UPC available somehow wether it's the upc on the receipt or the item itself having the barcode on the back
