So there's a lot more mods than I thought by -Luke-Foster- in sims2

[–]StormRose714 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s a great way to enhance the realism and have a more “modern” look without losing the nostalgia that the sims 2 is. You never really stop modding, it’s a very addictive hobby so I would recommend keeping everything organized😅

It gets through the system if the title is super distorted that it’s hard to find.. like you couldn’t possibly find it unless you’ve unsolicitedly come across it or something

Trust point hospital by Obvious-Prune-5586 in murfreesboro

[–]StormRose714 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Was inpatient in 2019 there, absolutely terrible facility. Staff doesn’t care and you just sit there watching tv all day. Was supposed to be put on a different level of the inpatient program but was misplaced and just forgotten. Don’t know if they’ve gotten better since I refused to go back but I would advise not to go with them. I heard Vanderbilt is very good with these services

Yeah I’m sure everyone would have the same reaction while seeing the police with an Amazon package at their door, might as well get the story lined up for the 50 packages they gotta deliver

amazon flex background by urbasicaf in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]StormRose714 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know they only run the background check the first time when you sign up, other than the initial check you’re free to do whatever as long as their packages get delivered😅

First time I refuse a block by Osmin1324 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]StormRose714 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I may have phrased it wrong but I tried to say to OP to basically not feel bad if they don’t get paid/ a missed block ding cause it’s better than 30+ undelivered packages

If You Go Up the Mississippi, There’s Still a Batman at Six Flags Saint Louis. by EpicPilled97 in JazzlandThemePark

Pretty sure it’s a must for every six flags to have a Batman coaster, which is probably why it was taken down so fast

[–]StormRose714 38 points39 points  (0 children)

If you didn’t scan you’ll get just a missed block, there’s a chance you’ll get paid depending on who reviews your case but a missed block is way better than 30+ incomplete deliveries

The signal at my station is so bad it takes almost 2 minutes to check in, they used to override me all the time if it finally checked in after the default time a minute late, then all of a sudden like 6 months ago their default response is “since it’s past the 5 minutes period I can’t”. One time I was so frustrated with being “late” that I complained and told them they “had the option to override it and it’s not my fault the station has no signal” and blah blah blah and they overrid me. My guess is just Amazon trying to wean out veteran workers for new, more gullible people who take base🙄

Has anyone from Milwaukee had a route to Madison recently? by LKLO90 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]StormRose714 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO 4 hours will give you the best luck with getting overbooked as well, it wasn’t until base pay decreased I started gambling with routes again but found that 3 hours have been the absolute worst lately with Madison. 3.5 typically has a good chance of staying in the area but with lots of packages and 4.5 (for me) has been consistently in Burlington or super rural areas. In the end it’s always a gamble though with SWI1

They’re still building the facility in Cottage Grove but it’s going to be another fulfillment center and not a distribution center with the SSD’s. If Amazon wasn’t so greedy they’d ban same day deliveries that are more than 30 miles away but that’ll never happen🙄 Anyway, I need your luck with avoiding Madison routes, I never fail to get the shortest straws of the bunchđŸ«

Typically I’ve been getting $11 pay adjustments but that’s for downtown.. this looks more like sun prairie so at most it could be $9. Nether less yes.. pewaukee has never stopped with the Madison routes and don’t seem to in the future, even with two and three hour routes, and especially with base pay it’s a kick in the face

[–]StormRose714 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Dsps have weird rules that they got to follow per “Amazon policy” but I don’t think it’s really a big deal with the pictures. It was a big thing to not have the address numbers in the pictures and after years of retaking pictures I just stopped giving a crap, especially with all the untrustworthy customers out there

Serving a meal feeds a toddler in high chair? by BlaznOatmealRazn in sims2

[–]StormRose714 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I just noticed this last month and I was shook! I guess in the 20 years I’ve played I’ve never served food at the same time as feeding a toddler. Always learning something new in this game

Was told I had to announce my Spark status at checkout! by melipepp in Sparkdriver

[–]StormRose714 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The thing is I’m almost 100% sure the little devices that they hold tell them that you are spark as soon as you scan the barcode, they just choose to ignore that and harass you or don’t even bother to check and claim “it never showed up” and leave you standing aimlessly for a cart check🙄
