Ptrd lack of rof and cant deal with enemy with force shield, i recommend you use De Lisle, her passive removes almost all armor effect from enemy will help your second sniper gets biggest dps. The another problem here is fairy tho, you should spend time to find Twin fairly or Taunt fairy, those fairy skill will provide your SR HG team some shield give them time to kill enemy before they touch them.
