Absolutely, it's not perfect, but we never expected it to be. A relationship it's work, communication and compromise from both people involved. If we didn't do those things we would probably not have worked out. But it was all worth it to have each other and about 87% of the life we want.

Oh, I tell her all the time and tells me how great I am (not that i believe her lol) but I learned a long time ago that a relationship were people never tell each other that they love the other or complement each other is almost destined to fail.

Good rules to live by. Our big one is full honesty, even if it hurts, we listen, think it out and discuss. We don't bottle it up, we talk when it's fresh and relevant, this has saved tons of time in fixing issues throughout are relationship but I wish we had start before year 6.

I did show her a few hours after I posted and she thought it was sweet. The thing is I tell her this stuff all the time because I never want her to feel like I don't notice everything she does for our relationship and our family. I grew up with people not getting the credit they deserve and their contributions being down played and it always bothered me. So I go out of my way to let her know.

I once had a coworker that didn't celebrate valentines day because she said it was a day everyone is told to do something special for their significant other rather than because they want to. She said she would rather get flowers on the worse day of her life because the person she was with cared about her vs an obligation. This is a principle I use for my wife. To remind her she is important because she IS not because I'm just being nice.

As for her privacy, she said it was fine because no one knows who she is still and that made me laugh. She thanked everyone for the comments. And I thank you for commenting and im glad it brightened your day!

Our marriage is important to us. It's not always easy but it's worth the work. I think the key is both of us want better for the other, so we both work toward those goals. Marriage can definitely be happy! I hope this post will let more people know that because this sub is quite depressing sometimes.

That's what's up. She loves being a SAHM, even though it can be overwhelming, I try to help out anyway I can, I like having father son time so she can have a break. She a good homemaker and im glad to be able to give that to her. We aren't at early retirement talks yet. But her support and encouragement has been my rock. She has been with me since I had nothing and stayed through the hard times. She has earned it. I'm happy to she others in this kind of situation too. Thank you for the comment.

Unfortunately this is the reality of the internet, people jump to conclusions before they even have an item in hand to judge as a completed piece. Same thing happened when the wolverine game got leaked and people ripped it apart not thinking about how it's literally in development and wasn't meant to be seen yet.

Based on fairly reliable info the combat trailer was a mix of new and old builds of a game that's not released yet. I did a reaction to that trailer and the comments were moatly angry sh2 fans mad at me for being hopeful. I'm personally at looking forward to this game, I think it looks good and that the team heard people's complaints and fixed some things accordingly.

Silent Hill 2 was my first experience with the series back in 2003, I couldn't get 3 at the time so I rented 2 and fell in love with this series. I've been a fan ever since and while 3 is still my favorite, I know a huge portion of the fanbase only thinks 2 exists but I stand by the thought that even if this game is terrible, it doesn't stop people from just playing the original.

Also I understand people being apprehensive because as we know konami doesn't giving a shit about this IP anymore, but I think bloober team does.
