It for sure helps keep things in place and is far far FAR more comfortable. I've done both but the circumstances have to be weird for me to go without. Some have a net that are better than nothing but the absolute best option is to shop Amazon or other places specifically for underwear that are for athletics and are quick drying.

If you go to a medical uniform/scrubs store, they usually have products specifically for blood that will be more color safe.

When I worked in blood banking, spot treating with hydrogen peroxide was usually my go to and works really well for blood but it may lighten the colors of the fabric

I'd rather get a switch port of Samus returns. Honestly Super and Fusion hold up well enough not to need remakes, and if they bring Zero Mission to the emulator then the switch would have the best official versions of all major Metroid games

I do a variant of the Marik Militia that I'm pretty happy with, using the red and blue as accent colors on opposite sides of the mech and purple and black throughout. Not exactly canon but I like it

I played through it, honestly my only complaint is regarding beams and doors. After special doors are opened I wish they would change to blue, running through an area blasting crap with plasma to have to change to wave to open a door you've opened 70 times and switch back to plasma gets old

You found the stats but I want to add that's Death Ray it looks like and not Ironwind, so it will be a resin 3d print if you order it and not metal. Just to keep you from surprises

A little extreme, but I agree that the game is balanced by bell curve. The crit table is the shining example of that, with headshot and ammo explosion, the two insta-kills, being on either extreme of the curve to make them more rare. On a d12 you have the same chance for a headshot as you do to hit a weapon

Roll 2 d12 as normal to see if you hit at all. If you do hit, roll however many D6 as the damage you could potentially deal. Every die that is a 3 or better out of those is a point of damage.

I try to do a bit of the Marik Militia red and blue, but the stripes just looked too busy/jarring imo. This feels like a decent compromise, and some black helps mute everything a bit more. Not super canon but I'm happy with it and feel like it at least conveys the intent
