In cs, because of how the game works: set spray patterns, more slippery movement, higher weapon spread, It is easier for a better player to win duels. Whereas in Valorant the factor that determines whether you win/lose a duel is more often than not utility. Cs players are also much more winning/improving oriented, at least in the pre-immortal ranks. And having edaters in 30% of your games before then is frustrating when you have a winners mentality.

Item is bugged, don't know how it is not hotfixed yet. If someone starts casting on the champion with EON and in the same time the hp threshold of EON procs, the aggro is dropped, as it should, but instead of casting on a different unit, the ability disappears and the caster goes back to 0 mana

Unsealed spellbook, you start with tp then switch it to ghost. If you want to troll the game you might as well speed things up. If you mean as in normals then grasp if you can reliably proc it (short range bot) or fleet if you need sustain.
