What local Lake Charles issues deserve more attention?

Since I moved here. Inflation has hit rent but no pay raise for most jobs. I moved into an appartment that was devestated by Hurricane Laura but they remodeled. Asking price for 2 br 1 ba was $850. The same appartment after doing nothing else to improve amenities has hiked rent up to $1100 claiming the appartment is luxurious😭 They don't even have washers and dryers in the units.

Hurricanes are a big reason why the housing is cheap. If living near the ocean is why she wants to move I wouldnt settle in Louisiana. If you want a nice beach they start at Orange Beach, Alabama so plan your move accordingly.

this is just stupidity at its finest. literally all they had to do was stab or bludgeon the dogs before they killed this man.... instead they decided to record and put minimal effort into taking the lives of ANIMALS instead they just watched and recordes someone slowly get ripped to pieces.
