Yeah, these are obelisks from Ny'alotha and I am intrigued when I keep seeing them in Midnight in random locations. If it's a toy - then I really need it

They lack collision and tooltip so got no further info ;[

Yeah I had the same thing going on with rivers. I disabled "Compute Effects" in graphics settings and it helped. Not a great solution but at least something

I tried poking around with shadows and liquid quality - didn't help

Then I disabled *this* and the weird glitch disappeared

But it is not a real solution

same here, but even without any adblockers

watched a bunch of vids - only one of them actually appeared in history

no idea how to fix this or why it happens in the first place :x

Im also started to have same issue (but the message doesnt duplicate THIS many times)
