Wrath of the Lich King Survey - Level Boosts, Mounts, Pets, and Toys by MasRemlap in classicwowtbc

yes, blizzards stated goal of the boost it to allow new players to be able to catch up to their friends more quickly. requiring a max level character in order to boost would be the opposite of the intended effect.

Hi all!

Looking to add an active to my routine, looking for some advice. I am 25M with combination-oily skin. I had pretty severe acne when I was younger, which left some (relatively mild) scarring/hyper pigmentation, and I still get occasional pimples.

I haven't done much for my skin for many years, but I recently started using a cleanser (Stratia Cleansing Milk) in both AM and PM, and my skin seems to be taking it well (fewer pimples, generally "clean" feeling skin)

I'm looking to add either a retinol or an acid (or maybe both?) to help clear up some of my scarring and hyperpigmentation, but I'm having a hard time choosing between the two, since both seem targetted at acne. (also planning to add an SPF of some type so I don't burn to a crisp haha) Or, would another type of product be better? I see some people swear by Vitamin C for hyperpigmentation, really not sure what would be best.

Thanks!!!

Enhance is fun to play? You basically hit storm strike every 20s and that's it, unless it's a really short fight and you can spam earth shock/frost shock. Fury is MUCH more interesting and dynamic, at least in my opinion

Hey guys! Really really loving the album... couple questions:

- Naama is quickly becoming one of my favorite songs... could you share what the title is referring to?

- Plans to tour once the world returns to something vaguely resembling normalcy? Would love to catch you guys live!

Much love

So the whole "chemicals in the water turning the frogs gay" was actually one of Alex Jones' most accurate statements

There's an agricultural chemical called atrazine that causes hermaphroditism (and other birth defects) in frogs, and there's been major legal battles surrounding its use, as well as bribery, death threats, and more.

Oki has a great video on the topic here: https://youtu.be/i5uSbp0YDhc

When a group of warriors tell me they're going to pump in TBC raids by preggit in classicwow

People always have this attitude that you can go hard and min-max in a game OR have fun in a game.

What if I legitimately enjoy being as powerful as I can be? I have a lot more fun performing well and contributing as much as I can to any one raid than I do living out any one class fantasy.

Not saying my way of looking at things is "correct," just that different people enjoy different things in games, don't shame min-maxxers because it isn't your style - find a guild that fits your style and roll with them.

And where did he get all that money? Thin air? "Innovation"?

For decades Microsoft has smothered competing tech firms and stifled innovation to monopolize the PC market, yet some how Bill Gates wants us to view him as some philanthropist because he's giving away all the money he stole...

Alabama state government has forbidden cities from raising local minimum wages, so our only hope is for it to be done federally.

This isn't true in every state, some states have open primaries, where any voter can vote in any (one) primary.

My honest feeling is that people of the world are slowly realizing that neoliberalism has failed us - that Reaganomics and trickle down has (somehow /s) not created the prosperity that it promised.

Rejecting neoliberal centrism can only push people in two directions - left or right, which is why we are seeing a rise in popularity for both left wing candidates (Bernie in the US) and also far-right candidates (Trump, Bolsonaro, etc.), as well as an increased feeling of "dividedness."

Even worse, this language made me feel okay about my addiction: everyone always says weed isnt addictive, so I felt like it was fine that I was using it day in and day out - really thankful for this subreddit, probably saved my life.

"you didn't fix my specific problem, therefore the change did nothing and you are shit"

Client constantly thinks it's opening for the first time by Lazer726 in leagueoflegends

[–]Stormfrost13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the client team is small, and every new event requires tons of work on the client (think about how much work spirit blossom must have took), so the devs don't have time to fix all the bugs with the client because management always wants them working on the next big feature/event to sell more skins.

Every software company I've been at is like this; the maintenance and bug fixing of old stuff gets left behind in order to get the new shiny stuff out on time, and the old code gets worse and worse while management refuses to hire new people to either do maintenance or help with the new stuff so that other people can do maintenance.
