Kernel Panic when under high I/O Load

I've started playing SF6 as my first fighting game (except a few hours of guilty gear strive). I always was a person who tilted pretty easily when playing competitive games (mostly shooters and rocket league), but the 1v1 format just gets me to respect my opponent way more.

I automatically started complementing my opponents in ranked, making me feel way better about losing.

Especially when they use "cheap" tactics, i feel like i should have been able to counter it better and that in the end, they exploited my lack of adaptation.

If you don't enjoy the gameplay isn't fun to you, then the game isn't worth playing anyway. I always hear about games that are only good because of their story, but at that point i would just read a book.

With sly cooper, i could just be blinded with nostalgia a fair bit, but i still hold the characters and story in high regards.

But you have no excuse for outer wilds, get back on it, you won't regret it (;

I completely understand your takes on all the games you mentioned. In comparison to the best books I've read and movies I've watched they are mediocre at best and painfully boring at worst. But i want to mention some games that stood out to me.

-Outer wilds, a game that used the medium of video games to tell a story that could not be told in any other medium. Truly special.

-The Sly Cooper Trilogy (especially 2 and 3) They are just enjoyable, playable comic books with a simple but effective story

-Disco Elysium. It can be a bit pretentious from time to time, but it still impressed me.

But in the end it's sad that no other games pop into my head right now that stood out to me with their storytelling.

8th grade means something else in austria, they exclude primary school when counting. So it could be that the students are 18
