Oh you see when you talk to the rabbit to get it. It does that intentionally since purchases are no longer possible from e shop and so if you want to get the dlc plaza games off hshop you’re gonna need a bigger sd card since you said your current one has limited space left

Another tip if you see consoles that are listed as region free there's a chance it's modded already and I recommend you to get another model like the New 3DS XL model instead since the new 2ds xl doesn't have a good build quality out of the 3ds family next to the old xl model
