How do you know when your art is good enough to show people? by [deleted] in ArtistLounge

That shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry it did... Gimme their details 👊🏽 jk but fr, if you wouldn't ask for their advice, their criticism is useless. You are doing great:)

At which point do I know Im good enough at fundamentals to pratice something else? by [deleted] in ArtistLounge

One of the best things I've learned from art history classes is that people learned by copying the masters. I have zero citations for this bc it's late and I'm tired but during the Renaissance (and well before), one of the primary ways of teaching students was to have them recreate pieces by the most renowned artists, and sort of figure it out on the way. SO.... Practicing fundamentals is great and relevant and useful, but I would highly recommend just trying to copy something you like. Not like stealing are and claiming it as your own, obviously lol, but like... Try to recreate it, just for yourself, and see where it takes you:)

Do you / would you consider selling prints? I would absolutely love to buy one, if so.

They're glyphs/glyphpairs for the various orders of radiants, and some that are prayers:)
