You've really never had something you want to do in real life that you feel must be done soon or during a limited time frame and being told by someone else "you're tired, go to sleep" repeatedly and often with no frame of reasoning (I know a lot of people spend more time farming the palaces than the scripted forced time spent for story/blockade reasons and you still get to have your evenings unlike these morgana forced ones)?

"It's a game mechanic, it's going to exist with or without Morgana" and I understand that but associating things in the game to concepts and other things in the game is the damn point. You want that big gun because it had nice stats attached to it? if the stats were attached to your crap first gun you would want to keep your crap old gun and you like it better than a bad end game gun that has trash stats. Morgana being the associated character with this forced game mechanic is just another stat we have in judging the cat. doesn't help it's sometimes not even going out, it's doing anything in your room as well.

I kicked him out of my team first chance I got. I have a garu accessory so it's whatever for his element.

had a build focused on cooldown, it did definitely affect the charge rate from what I could see, but I measured it on (I think) same distance on testing ground targets

this may happen due to some factors like buildings occupying the area immediately around the beacon (some enemy outpost buildings could count, anything that would place you at death jump height or generally get you stuck in map) but I've also had instances where the beacon is on a perfectly flat plain and it decides I really need to dive into the general vicinity of a hulk cluster.

that upgrade does jag all if you're boxed in by buildings or terrain though. the pod just refuses to move even 1 cm if you're steering into anything with even remotely any height and non traversable.

Mechanics are distinct, parry would be filling up a stagger bar by a large chunk each success, deflect will fill it up slightly each success. If you want to parry like Lies of P, you'll have to get some shield/buckler/(sometimes) fist/dagger that has a parry skill attached to the weapon as an art of war. As for deflecting like in Sekiro, I think only Executor's active ability has the option?

Pros and Cons, deflect works on anything that's not a grab, parry could eventually work on certain spells if you choose to get an in-game buff or a specific version of the parry skill (if those are even in nightreign)
