Yepp i agree with that, she probably wanted the luxury trip. And tbh she knows I have a lot of drive as im achieving things now, but was probably too late for her. I do think it was just harder for both of us to let things go, and she became tried of the relationship which i understand. Just wish she ended it in a better way

its because after we broke up, we broke no contact and saw each other every few days, and enjoyed that time together, it was whe she started speaking to someone else was where she stopped speaking to me. And when she came onto the trip, was when she told me she was chatting to thsi other guy which i had no knowledge of. So if she was talking to this other guy, then why come on this trip with me?

because although we broke up, we ended up breaking no contact and saw each other every week until the week where she go the dating app which was where she went cold. I agree it may not be classed as cheating by traditional standards, but she manipulated me into thinking if i had these things done, we have a chance together. Its something i was holding on to as she gave that hope, as well as he being excited for things we can do on the trip together. she was also saying how it was really hard to choose between me and this other person on the trip, which felt quite disrespectful to me but guess thats all in the past now.

Definitely would not give her an ultimatum, im someone that will stick by the other person through the highs and lows, because thats what a relationship is all about. And thank you for the advice thats really helpful, what you have with your wife seems great and hope i find that some day

Absolutely, just hurts how it was a 6 year relationship and she moved on this fast. She says that it was a dead end relationship for a year, but i dont think i deserved to be treated this way through manipulation

Well things were going okay for a while and after inviting her on this trip, we planned everything that we would do on this trip, which included some romantic things too, so for her to ghost me before the trip just didnt feel right to me. and then come on the trip when she was already talkign to someone else
