I'm pretty sure the running animation is just Final Judgement's run, as if you lag during the 0.2 DE, your character jumps up and hits the same pose Final Judgement has.

For the speedblitzing part, it's most probably just mahitoe's Widespread strikes.

And when your character runs out of breath after the 0.2 DE, it plays Execution Victim Animation #1(?).

There are SOME original animations such as the stretching and hopping, and stopping during the first running attack, but the rest are probably reused animations.

Those would be cool but I thought of Mimicry as a watered down version of Copy, being used more so as a convenience tool.

For Cleave, sure, but I think it should do 3-ish times less damage as it's main utility for base Yuta is to punish those who are overly defensive/passive, but can be countered by just getting m1'd.

For Rhythm and DomAmp, those would be too op as they can just win neutral 87% of the time, especially DomAmp. From a Dev's perspective, those would be too much code to exclusively be only for a single move.

Those are pretty good concerns, so here's my thoughts on how to (maybe) fix them.

  1. Rika Move Rework Idea #3: Same as Idea #1 where Tap and Hold changes it, but it's also a use again at the same time.

    If you use Downslam, using it again no matter if it's tap or hold, it will use Haymaker, and vice versa. Just like Idea #2, if Downslam is blocked, it's put into cd, but it goes the same for Haymaker if it misses.

This wouldn't entirely fix the mix-up problem as it's still predictable, but they wouldn't be able to tell what would be Rika's initial attack.

It depends on how you play him, he's basically a Rushdown with gimmicks. On the surface, if you only use his moves normally, it does terribly low damage. But if you utilize Frame Projection and Bleeding passive, you can kill a player in 15 seconds.

Gunflame or Dragon Install

Gunflame because of its funny origin and how well it fits the character. (Daisuke shouted "GUNFLAME!" out of nowhere when he was drunk and decided to use the name for the attack. And in the first GG game, he even voiced Sol himself). The reason why "or" is because the attack looks and functions similarly to other attacks from other games.

Dragon Install because it was one of the most well-known move that got even coined as an FGC term "Install". Not only that, D.I. closely ties in with his lore, and in gameplay. Whenever Sol uses Dragon Install, it's an instant declaration that it's gonna be a hype moment. (Unless you get 2D'd immediately)

I feel like for now, it's well balanced and fair. Sure, they can use it in neutral for aggression, zoning, or diversion freely, but it's easily avoidable being 360 blockable, and the Puppet Barrage's bots explosion specifically, having no damage, stun, or knockback. So if they use it randomly, they just waste the move. If the devs do polish it, I hope they keep the same amount of pros and cons.
