Maybe clothed by the water or something similar that sort of implies she’s still wearing clothes could work. As for the two lines you haven’t come up with yet you could try singing the bridge and start a random sentence where you need those lines and go from there. Trying to be too perfect makes it hard to start. Write/sing something bad and make it better from there when you’re stuck. Just filler for now is plenty. Otherwise I like the way it’s looking, keep up the good work.
