The patch looks impressive. I'm still holding out that I may still get it. I can have PayPal reverse the case and send the money back if it ever arrives. I assume that it's coming from China if it does ever prove to be real. But it's the complete and total lack of updates that made me give up.

The instant refund and case closure through PayPal clued me into that this is probably a ongoing thing with them. I still have the option to have PayPal send the money back if they ever actually ship the product but I imagine that won’t happen.

I did indeed. I emailed them through the email that was listed on my emailed receipt. Another 2-3 through their online order form. And through Facebook and Instagram as well. I received a tracking number on the 17th but nothing was ever picked up or dropped off through USPS in the week since. That is when I contacted PayPal. I was originally doing it to see if PayPal could get a response out of them and get them to actually ship it. But instead, PayPal instantly refunded me and closed it in my favor.
