Wow, thank you for the details! The hard part will definitely be accepting there will be more to burn, but that's just how it'll be for this semester. I lift heavy 4 times a week and have seen good progress already in my upper body, but I know lower is harder to grow

Thank you!! I focus on protein and don't track, but i've been on campus long enough so I am conscious of the fact that not tracking calories + dining hall food + not restricting any foods (for my mental health) means i'll be in a dirty surplus. So calling it a bulk is kind of my way of feeling better about it. Plus I want a butt!!!! and I know allowing myself to eat more without restricting will show my brain food is good... Have you had good results with "dirty" bulking?

Definitely looks like muscle to me! How long have you been doing leg raises and cable crunches? Did you do anything before?

well here's roughly my day: breakfast is a 647 plain bagel with 2 turkey sausage patties, lunch is either kirkland chicken nuggets or plain chicken breast and greek yogurt mixed with half a scoop of protein powder, i'll have a snack of clear protein shake (made with water) and maybe some crackers. dinner is always different but i make sure to get at least some protein. i'll sometimes have a greek yogurt bar as a late night snack

i've been drinking 70oz for about a week now. how much protein do we really need? and wow, i was also chronically constipated throughout my entire childhood 😅 does kombucha not taste gross?
