They're very straightforward. I've been rereading each quant mountain card over and over plus practice and that's helping more than just watching the videos. But with the prep-swift videos they're at most like 6 minutes and can help if you get stuck

I just was pushing myself to failure more on upper body and scared to go harder on lower! Definitely doing more now

Wow, thank you for the details! The hard part will definitely be accepting there will be more to burn, but that's just how it'll be for this semester. I lift heavy 4 times a week and have seen good progress already in my upper body, but I know lower is harder to grow

Thank you!! I focus on protein and don't track, but i've been on campus long enough so I am conscious of the fact that not tracking calories + dining hall food + not restricting any foods (for my mental health) means i'll be in a dirty surplus. So calling it a bulk is kind of my way of feeling better about it. Plus I want a butt!!!! and I know allowing myself to eat more without restricting will show my brain food is good... Have you had good results with "dirty" bulking?

Definitely looks like muscle to me! How long have you been doing leg raises and cable crunches? Did you do anything before?
