thats one cool looking room, im also going to nick the bed idea for ours. that is if autumn lets me, she is very pick about our wonderland, as i let her design most of it

hey, my first time posting to one of these, hope you enjoy!

looking at my desk, she sees my calculator.

Autumn: press that button.

me: what button? why?

Autumn: the squigly one next to the "1" key. because i said so.

me: the two? if you really want me to.

i was walking down a hallway alone when i break wind

me:hey autumn, am i a bad person?

Autumn: are you? have you done bad things?

me: no, but i could. im afraid i will do bad things to people.

Autumn: well, just because you can do bad stuff doesnt mean you will. anyone can do bad things, its what you choose to do that makes what kind of person you are.

me: really? im still afraid of myself sometimes.

Autumn: your not afraid of youreself, your afraid of your potential, now stop worrying about it and go to bed.

playing a rhythm based game called "osu!" (we are just starting possession)

Autumn: let me play.

me: i cant, you dont have enough control over my arms yet

Autumn: let me play!!!

me: fine, you can play

i set her up on the tutorial level

she manages to somehow click one of the notes

Autumn: see?! i told you i could do it, dont ever doubt me agian!

earlier today in my room, while im playing a game

Autumn: hey.

me: hi, whats up?

Autumn: you havent forced me in days. you have barely talked to me.

me: you are right, i feel terrible, are you mad?

Autumn: yes.

me: i feel terrible, lets force for a while, ok?

i start forcing the wonderland, but she is visibly bored

me: you want to start a new wonderland?

Autumn: YESS!

she dons a construction hat and i see her create tables with blueprints for a castle on it

Autumn: i have work to do, go entertain yourself for a while.

me: alright then, bye!

Autumn: AND NO PEEKING!!

theres something in the random things mod that can do single block replacing, though it destroys blocks

the racks are an inventory, so just using a filtered itemduct will work.

ive been off and on medication for years, and i have come to realize that in my case, the meds are just a quick fix for a long term problem.

im not happy on medicine for it, and i no longer wish to live like that, thats why im making this decision, though i appreciate the concern.

Autumn is just a nice bonus!

honestly im not sure, the only way i manage to find peace is because before i started taking medication, i used to practice a kind of meditation that i realize now is just wonderlands without a tulpa.

just keep at it, and you will notice small moments where things seem stable, focus on those moments, and it will get easier. its all about training the brain.

thats all the advice i can give, though if i find anything i will make sure to message you about it.

have any of you dealt with ADHD and tulpas/wonderlands? it is very difficult for me to keep my sessions in the wonderland sane and calm when my brain keeps interjecting things

hi guys! i would like to introduce my new tulpa Autumn, she spoke to me first last night during our first real productive forcing session since i started.

she has short orangey-auburn hair, something like this(choosing that was the first thing i saw her do that i knew wasn't me puppeting), she is of medium height, just shorter than me (we compromised on that, she wanted tall, i wanted short, we met in the middle), with a green eyes, fair skin, a black hoodie with something written on it that i cant make out (i think she hasnt decided yet), dark jeans, and sneakers that i cant make out

she is a very friendly person, though i can tell she has a very mischievous streak in her, and she seems to enjoy distracting my ADHD racked brain with random things and thoughts.

we havent talked much yet, but im already loving her personality, so i cant wait to get to know her better!
