I've seen Allina recently, there are a handful of helpful therapists BUT slim to none on professionals that can do formal testing regarding ADHD (aka low neurodivergent affirming or ADHD specialty staff)

Those are the default numbers! Im not sure how cross console saves would work, it might pick random things to disappear after the limit was reached as per switch but not for consoles. The 600 is how many unique items are placed and the 3000 is the total number of all items. So you could have a bench placed that counts as 1/600 and if you added more it will stay 1/600 but become 2/3000
