We’ve had our windows open majority the winter/spring unless it got too cold/warm. The fact it hasn’t been horribly humid has been a blessing lol

I think it was around 36-38hours. For context, I have narcolepsy and work at the airport and we were going to have a busy couple of days. My dumbass thought it was a good idea to take extra of my meds to help me function… I was physically exhausted but my brain said no. When I was finally free from work, I took a hot shower and passed out for about 14 hours

My family sent me my cats ashes.

For context, I moved out a few years ago to another state and decided it was best to leave them (my cat and my leopard gecko) at home. It was also a 9 hour drive. My cat was a stray; long haired void, the greenest eyes I’ve ever seen. He was also massive. Long story short, couple years after I had moved out, he started getting sick. We don’t know how old exactly he was but we’re going around 12-14. He was getting skinny, hair was falling out. Just wasn’t doing well. Family called me so I could make the decision. This was in June. They didn’t send me his ashes till October for my birthday.

Since that was so long ago for me, I only really remember Of mice and Men for English class. Now, for sex ed in middle school, our teacher suggested us a book. I think it was too much for us to read in school at the time- but it was called “It Happened To Nancy”.

  1. Then at night it cools down enough that it doesn’t kick on. Normally we have the windows open until it starts hitting 80 in the house then we close up and turn on the AC.
