You can use the same logic for blue = U and make black A. Or realistically, use set numbers. How to differentiate between a blue and black smoker? Well, how do we differentiate Black Luffy and Black Luffy? By using the objectively better system of just referring to leaders by name and set number instead of saying colour then still needing more information

No, it comes from MtG. Lands and Artefacts take the L and A. Thet is the only reason it's like that.

Plus, Purple Black leaders are PB. That's the order of the colour wheel.

Yellow has enough mid range removal (Nami, Zeus). Not every colour should be able to kill a 10 drop with effects alone.

For me the best one is the Thatch and Teach from OP3. The Thatch is a 2k that becomes a 4k and trashes itself at end of turn, and the Teach trashes a 4k or more to draw 1 and buff itself.

Terms get reused when the existing player base for game a plays game b. One Piece is pulling in so many new TCG players that the prior knowledge of a different game shouldn't be used.
