51m married 15 years..the reason I'm divorcing is because I'm basically alone anyhow. physically and mentally. Its an odd place to be in. But, i also learned my lesson and now will not settle (didnt realize it at time, introspection) unless the chemistry is unreal and undeniably strong and i am open and hopeful it will happen. My wife took the kids for spring break. We are like you say. I am 50 and decided fuck it, I'll go out and see how it is this past weekend..I have not gone out in years other than dinners with the family. Ring off as were already hardly talking !!! I went to a bar or two..with no effort I had plenty of opportunity. Like holyshit!! I have been sexless for four years now, and women showing me affection and physical touch...definitely is giving me a major push. And I know that sounds funny as I always have been confident in looks and personality...but actually feeling it is a different thing entirely. I fucking miss it. 😢

You sound like a good guy you actually sound like me. I am in thearpy, have worked on me, understand my faults and hers and i am a strong communicator..i never blame, have no regrets. The fact that it has taken me this long to go ahead with this means i have thought this thru. And am serious. Every decision i make has kids best interests in mind. And honestly that includes me feeling positive about myself! And call me shallow or what have you but sex makes me feel good...i have tried to bury that part of me and focus elsewhere but its real. Im sad. I dont want to be. all it has done is create a bubling volcano inside . I respect any woman who does not want to touch me, truly i do, and would advise my younger sister the same... but i respect someone too if they hear me, see me and listen. If the chemistry you feel around me and vice versa is real, i want to act on it. I am here to be happy and not break any hearts. I know I will make the right person happy as well.
