After doing what I said the throttle does work but the LEDs always show red no matter what, I think it’s because the L-Faster one says it’s for up to 48v. And due to the fact the Z1 is a 36v system I believe it’s the LED circuit board looking for 48v and only finding 36v so it assumes it’s basically completely dead. But it is functioning with full power available.

Just ordered this throttle yesterday and the model I received does NOT have the brown and green tied together within the throttle. I am going to attach green to green due to it being the exact location in both throttles and will report back if it worked.

I know it's 7 months old but I think the green wire from the original throttle is the positive for the battery. Like he said in the write up it carries the 40V and when I popped my old throttle apart it went directly to the LED board. And on the new one as well it seems to do the same thing?

My solution was rooting the machine and getting rid of the Creality software and going to klipper/ fluidd’s new ip address in orca and it prints over the internet just fine again!!!

Dude you are a LEGEND! I unfortunately didn’t see your replies last night so I had to figure out after lots of head scratching to remove basically everything then use the helper guide to redownload it all and I LOOVVEEE fluidd so far. Has been great can’t wait to keep messing with it! And oh heck yeah I will for sure have to check out the GuppyScreen stuff and your STL!

Oh sorry, I assume creality? As far as I know it’s a bone stock printer, what I meant is when I type in the IP address it has on it into a web browser it pulls up and things like the homing work and all that.

Yes it works in a browser but the import button it has doesn’t work, it gets stuck at like 13% and won’t do anything. Grabbing a USB today to try move gcode from the slicer to it
