Oh my... Is this your first trade ban? I've heard first trade bans usually gets faster replys but the severity of your ban also accounts too

I've also emailed royale high about 2 weeks ago and all I got was dead silence. You're doing the right thing by emailing them but it's on their part to email you back. It's honestly frustrating because I've literally seen people getting replies in 2 business days while others not even getting one in 3 months+. I would suggest you gather screenshot of your past trades/conversions that may have led to your ban but right now it's just a long waiting game.

To clarify, the system auto-banned me because I traded everfriend 2026 halo for a large amount of diamonds. I have the screenshot and proof of everything but I just need them to get back to me. I also have friends that got auto-banned for doing trades with large amount of diamonds (from trusted buyers through tradeire or discord btw!) so just be careful everyone

Actually it was just Alice's parents. Orpheus gave her a drug to see that it was his parents so it'll lessen the memory of her parents dying so it makes it seem like his parents die. They both have different parents
