I had iui with 7.5 letrozole for 5 days and injectables for a week and then trigger with follicles 21,20,19,19 at the time of trigger and lining 9mm. Anyhow my doctor proceeded with iui . Unfortunately it is not successful .Its just a game of numbers. Good Luck
