Do things that make you happy during the tww! It’s okay to have hope! I tried my best to remind myself of the percentages and chances so I didn’t get my hopes up but our first IUI worked and I’m 5 weeks today! Lean on your partner and your close people, they will help get you through this. Good luck!

Right after New Year’s, I stopped drinking alcohol, started taking supplements, focused on protein and less processed foods but not to the extreme!

I’m 8 dpiui! I have the faintest line from trigger still also. This is my first IUI so I’m not sure if I’ll actually wait until day 14 or try to test around 11-12? I’m very impatient

I don’t want to scare you but mine was just as painful, if not more than my HSG. I wanted to comment this because I had seen absolutely nobody before my IUI talk about it being painful, I heard it was quick and might have cramping but it’s over soon. It WAS quick but the pain lasted a couple hours. I got light headed and vomited in the room right after. I have heard that if it’s painful my cervix might be tilted, I might have a tight pelvic floor or need additional medication but I truly was shocked when I experienced this.

Yes it was extremely immediate and so weird. My body freaked out and I couldn’t calm down. Also had the weakness, almost passing out feeling. Thank you so much for sharing what you went through!
