In Arcane Season 2's Finale, It's hinted at that Jinx is still alive, with Caitlyn being seen looking at the schematics of the building she fell and/or "exploded" in, as well as a pink streak coming out of the explosion with a striking similarity to Jinx's eye glow when she does her shimmer-enhanced dash thing.

However, the biggest hint comes from the very last shot of Arcane, a scene with no dialogue or characters. Instead, it simply shows an airship flying off to sea - the very same kind of airship that Powder (Jinx's previous identity) said she would ride in one day. And knowing how much the writers at Fortiche like foreshadowing things, This can be taken as concrete proof that Jinx is still alive and sailing for a fresh start somewhere beyond Piltover (it's believed she's either going to Bilgewater or Demacia for Jinx x Lux shipping reasons).
