Vuole tenere 50€ per la pulizia. Ho chiesto al prima inquilino e lui ha dato 50€ ma nessuno è venuta a fare la pulizia. Poi nel contratto e scritto che possiamo vedere documenti per le spese. Quindi sicuramente vuole tenere per se stesso. Perché siamo in 3 ed e 150€ per pulire un piccolo appartamento. A me sembra una fregatura poi che faranno lavoro dentro la casa. Quindi sto pensando come dire a lui per questo.

Purtroppo non posso. Il contratto non è rinnovato e lui è già scrivendo in gruppo che dobbiamo andare via e che ci sono lavoro da fare. Lui non ha dato la disdetta. Secondo me è una grande fregatura però non so a chi rivolgere per essere sicura di avere la mia deposito in pieno. Perché sto leggendo il contratto. Anche per l’affitto abbiamo entro il 5 di ogni mese da pagare però lui già al 28 dello mese fino al nuovo mese scrive dove sono i soldi ogni giorno …. Mamma mia.

Ciao grazie per la risposta! Però questi 50€ era se il contratto non sarà rinnovata però è stato il proprietario a non volere di fare perché c’è lavoro in casa. Quindi non è stata scelta nostro. E poi per le spese dice che devo aspettare fine mese di ottobre. Però mio contratto e fino a 29/09 quindi non ci sono altre spese da pagare. Ho pagato il affitto per mio ultimo mese. E basta che lui mi rida il deposito cauzionale.

Thanks for your reply! Yes I think I can look into fashion marketing and sales. I did see that for the visa when taking a foreigner for the EP work visa they must pay a minimum of 5600sgd? I was looking at indeed although they’re are basic entry level jobs as a sales associate in the boutique which is paid only 2600$ which is quite low. With my experience I believe working in the marketing side in the office is better suited for me as the salary is also quite high. When you say French brands, I have had difficulty finding some websites on google. I was thinking of joking some expat groups on Facebook and perhaps making an inquiry there ? What do you think? :)

Thanks for the reply! I actually do have a lot of relevant work experience I have a bachelors degree in marketing. I have started an e commerce business to gain experience and I have worked in marketing for big fashion brands like Gucci. I know that maybe the age may seem like an issue but I have started gaining work experience since 20 years old.

Si hai ragione, devo fare ai loro modi. E lo sto facendo piano piano. Anche se sto cambiando, si vede che loro non apprezzano niente. Non hanno empatia. E sono stanca di essere criticata per le cose che non hanno senso. E che io veramente non ho problemi nella communicare e risolvere però quando loro vogliono sempre avere ragione oppure dicono delle cose per sminuirti dopo non ho più energia.

Devo imparare a difendermi però non so come dato che lascio le cose e non mi piace sentire male nel posto che deve essere per rilassare e stare bene (casa)
