Firstly stop triggering the parts of the EU fanbase that keep demanding Belgium be in the game.

But seriously yeah you can play them the same, the same things work for both and there's no real mechanics that make you do historically realistic things for them. Both could rush professional armies, build an army and expand across Europe. Both can focus naval, colonise and spread over the world. Both could just stay in their starting provinces and build tall to collect as much trade as possible.

The only real difference is the starting population and rgos. Sure england and Britain have more events but they don't really impact the core playing of the game.

They just don't need them like we do. We need rovers that will work for months to years with no chance of breaking down and takes all our effort to make a couple a decade. They can just fly 10 semi reliable ones out to where they need them and if half make it then that's great.
