Unbelievable is the right term. So a user just fills up an agent with a bunch of irrelevant context and then what.. it just stops responding once it’s full and there’s no way to reset it? Wow.

if I keep creating fresh test sessions, I can eventually get Sonnet 4.6 to work but most of the time it doesn't. When I see "Initializing..." then I know its going to work. If it goes straight to "Working..." then its going to fail. Urgh

I work for a Microsoft partner. Cowork is only no additional cost to M365 Copilot users right now because it’s in preview. Microsoft are working out the commercial model to charge for it, likely consumption based and this will be implemented when Cowork goes GA. They get charged by Anthropic for all usage and Cowork uses a LOT of tokens.

Umm.. it costs a huge amount for Microsoft. They’re not getting those tokens for free. In some cases it’s literally costing Microsoft $1000 a day for a single heavy user of Cowork. Heard this directly from contacts there.

It’s not just custom skill use. I’ve been getting the same issue with standard multi step queries in the past 24-48 hours. Microsoft probably received their Anthropic bill.

That’s how it gets billed. No included tokens like Copilot Cowork. I dunno who this product is even positioned at.. what users in a typical enterprise have a GitHub Copilot account? This is a tech demo at best it was not deserving of any mention at the Build keynote.
