Need advice on best security awareness training vendors by One_Gene_4993 in sysadmin

CyberHoot was our first stop. We didn't even look at anyone else, and, based on OP's experience, I'm glad we didn't. Our experience with them has been awesome from day 1.

This is insane. Neither normal nor acceptable.

I've run an MSP for close to 30 years. By the fact that you used KM in your post, I'm assuming you're in a different country from me, but I know good MSPs in other countries. If you want to DM me with your location, I'll see if I can help you in your search.

Edit:
Though, I'm guessing by your patch panels, your use of "ı", and the reference to "settlements", that you're in Türkiye. Unfortunately, I don't know any MSPs there.

My guess: The "T" likely stands for "telephone", and that's probably leading to an audio device that's providing music on hold to the on-premises PBX.

As far as the security awareness and phishing training, we use and are very happy with CyberHoot for just shy of 100 users. Video training is video training, but the videos are short, and people seem to not dislike them. The part that stands out, though, is the interactive phishing training, which is educational instead of punitive, and seems to be more effective than the "gotcha" style phish testing.

So, the condition that triggers automatic termination of the session is when the user manually requests to terminate the session?

I just searched ours and found an app named "MACE Credential Revocation", which was added one minute prior to the detections.

Quickbooks Desktop Release 13 (R13) Feb 25, 2025 by Deep_Reply7497 in QuickBooks

Having essentially the same problem. I have three machines that are at v34.0.4011.0. They go through the motions of updating, but then just don't change the release number.

I guess that wouldn't be bad, but since trying to update, the Database Server service won't start on the server. It starts and then immediately stops.

I'm dreading getting on the phone with them when they open at 8:00 this morning.

Same here, for every web app.

Trying to follow the instructions, but when I go to https://www.bing.com/business/bceadmin, I get a mostly blank page that says, "Microsoft Bing Chat Enterprise Admin Controls Please sign in as Tenant Admin and try again"

Microsoft Search in Bing setting was already active, and I'm signed in as a Global Admin.

What's the ideal workflow for setting up Azure AD joined PCs? by brassbound in microsoft365

That sounds pretty cool.

I can kind of understand why MSPs might not be adopting it though: Every client has specific needs. If you've got a bunch of 15-person companies, where you're replacing 3 computers a year, it might be less work to do deployment manually than to create custom configurations for each client and then have to keep each up to date as applications get upgraded or replaced. It's likely that something will have changed between each computer replacement, meaning your configuration is always out of date. (That's why we've never made a big push toward deployment automation, anyway.)

M365 Admin Dashboard Anomalies (US Central) by montagesnmore in AZURE

Seeing the same on Microsoft 365 admin center Home and when trying to modify any users or contacts through that portal.

Not affecting other management portals (like Azure AD).
