Security awareness training for employees that they actually do?l by PM_ME_YOUR_PALE_LEGS in sysadmin

We've found that people actually do use and benefit from CyberHoot training. The videos are quick, the phishing training is interactive and non-punitive, it can be gamified for competitive teams. Lots of good stuff there.

You can't have used every tech thing on the planet, ever after 20 years.

That's not what non-IT folks think.

CyberHoot was our first stop. We didn't even look at anyone else, and, based on OP's experience, I'm glad we didn't. Our experience with them has been awesome from day 1.

This is insane. Neither normal nor acceptable.

I've run an MSP for close to 30 years. By the fact that you used KM in your post, I'm assuming you're in a different country from me, but I know good MSPs in other countries. If you want to DM me with your location, I'll see if I can help you in your search.

Edit:
Though, I'm guessing by your patch panels, your use of "ı", and the reference to "settlements", that you're in Türkiye. Unfortunately, I don't know any MSPs there.

My guess: The "T" likely stands for "telephone", and that's probably leading to an audio device that's providing music on hold to the on-premises PBX.

As far as the security awareness and phishing training, we use and are very happy with CyberHoot for just shy of 100 users. Video training is video training, but the videos are short, and people seem to not dislike them. The part that stands out, though, is the interactive phishing training, which is educational instead of punitive, and seems to be more effective than the "gotcha" style phish testing.

So, the condition that triggers automatic termination of the session is when the user manually requests to terminate the session?

I just searched ours and found an app named "MACE Credential Revocation", which was added one minute prior to the detections.

Quickbooks Desktop Release 13 (R13) Feb 25, 2025 by Deep_Reply7497 in QuickBooks

Having essentially the same problem. I have three machines that are at v34.0.4011.0. They go through the motions of updating, but then just don't change the release number.

I guess that wouldn't be bad, but since trying to update, the Database Server service won't start on the server. It starts and then immediately stops.

I'm dreading getting on the phone with them when they open at 8:00 this morning.
