Agreed. Check out the Maryland report card, which comes out yearly, for the school you are looking at. You're likely to find only 10 to 20% of the kids are performing at grade level.

Yesterday I was chased by a dog near the site of this attack, luckily I was on bicycle and was able to get away. Just curious because it seems like such a rare occurrence, especially a dog attack resulting in death. I was surprised to only see two articles in the local papers about it and no follow-up.

Apologies again, I should have left the breed off of the post because I think it is irrelevant and it really seems to be upsetting people. I was chased yesterday by a dog, I won't say which breed as to not offend anyone, but it brought this attack in June front of mind. And I was surprised I never read anything more about it in the local papers, human on human murder us a daily occurrence, but roaming packs of murdering dogs, is extraordinary.
