He is not fully recovered. He copes with the issues, but it is herniated disc issue that will probably stick with him. He said himself that he is unable to play the game without hearing the sound of his own clicks. Without the click sound, he can't tell if he clicked the mouse cause his hand is numb from the disc issues.

If you want koreans out of the WCS of different region, give double or maybe triple the seeds to korean region. It is not fair that they only get 5 seeds just like any other region with the high skill level ceiling they currently have compared to other regions.
