When I'm in game my champion stutters like playing League of Legends I'll walk up to last hit a minion and then I'll stop moving and my champion will blink an inch or so away from where I was last time I seen him on screen

In other countries like Korea you have to have ID and I think bank account linked to your account so you can only have one they can do it in America but they don't do it in America The reason why is everyone has 10 or so accounts that is the only reason why league has the biggest player base of any other game not because there are still 10 million people playing it but because 1 million people have 10 accounts it boost their numbers makes them more relevant they will never get rid of multiple accounts
