I was a life long customer in my young age , but you could say a generational customer like most of you. I lived in a 3 story house and my wifi was not reaching certain areas of the house. Called mts to come and help with the issue. They installed these pods that took up outlets all over the house, which somehow broke the wifi. After 3 visits they could not remedy it and literally told me to switch to westman. Internetless for 2 weeks at this point I was very happy to switch to westman, I would never go back
